Your personal data may be shared/disclosed between the Hiring Company and GCL, and from GCL to the extent necessary for the recruitment purposes described above:

  • Service providers used for recruitment operations (e.g., ATS, video conferencing, assessments, email tools)

All such recipients are required to maintain confidentiality and use the data only for recruitment purposes under appropriate contractual and organizational controls.

Overseas disclosure

Your personal data may be disclosed from the Hiring Company to overseas third parties.

We retain personal data for approximately 1 year after completion of the recruitment process, unless longer retention is required by law or for legitimate operational needs, after which it will be deleted/disposed of in a reasonable manner.
